OMNICON Research & Information Systems was created in 1983, in Middletown, Connecticut, as a formal entity for the general business consulting activities of our founder, Dr. Frederick W. Scalise.
Increasing demand for environmental and occupational health consulting services led to the opening of OMNICON Environmental Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in Eugene, Oregon in 1987.
